Welcome to the Bora Bora Franchisee Onboarding Course.

This course is designed to prepare franchise owners and managers to successfully open and operate a Bora Bora location. It covers brand standards, daily operations, training expectations, compliance basics, and how to work effectively with Bora Bora HQ.

You will learn:

  • What is expected of you as a franchisee

  • How to follow Bora Bora operational and brand standards

  • How training works for you, your managers, and your staff

  • How to avoid shortcuts that put your store or the brand at risk

  • When and how to contact HQ for support

This course must be completed before moving forward.
You are required to pass the final exam to continue onboarding and operate your store.

Welcome to Bora Bora Basic Training.

This course teaches new team members the core skills they need to work in a Bora Bora Smoothie Café. You will learn how to prepare smoothies, follow recipes, serve customers, clean stations, and keep the store safe and organized. Everything in this course is based on Bora Bora standards, so every store delivers the same great experience.

You will learn:

  • How to set up and break down each station

  • How to follow recipes the Bora Bora way

  • How to greet and serve customers

  • How to keep the store clean and safe

  • How to communicate with your team and manager

  • How to avoid shortcuts and common mistakes

This course must be completed before you begin working independently on the floor.
After finishing all modules, you will take a short final quiz to confirm understanding.

This training ensures all Bora Bora team members understand the legal, safety, and ethical standards required to work in a safe and compliant environment. The modules cover harassment prevention, workplace safety, proper conduct, data privacy, and reporting procedures. Completion of these courses protects employees, customers, and the Bora Bora brand.

All employees are required to complete compliance training every year. Managers and franchise owners may have additional modules based on their responsibilities.
